nYou'll work across Business Development, Partnerships, Operations, and strategic projects,

nYou'll work closely with experienced leaders, take ownership early, and learn by doing. Over time, we'll help you discover where your strengths shine and create opportunities for you to grow into that function.

- Work across Business Development, Partnerships, Operations, and strategic initiatives based on organisational priorities.n
- Own projects from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.n
- Coordinate with teams, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep work moving.n
- Prepare presentations, reports, trackers, meeting notes, and business documents.n
- Use AI tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to work smarter and execute efficiently.n
- Adapt quickly, take on new challenges, and contribute wherever support is needed.n
- Identify better ways of working and contribute ideas that help Soul Forest grow.n
