nKey Responsibilities

- Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization.n
- Research emerging technologies, materials, and market trends in the composites industry.n
- Develop innovative products for vacuum infusion, prepreg, resin transfer molding (RTM), and composite manufacturing processes.n
- Conduct material evaluations for nylon, polyester, polymer films, sealants, technical fabrics, and related composite consumables.n
- Coordinate laboratory testing, product validation, and performance benchmarking.n
- Design and execute trials for current products and process improvements.n
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up from pilot stage to commercial manufacturing.n
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.n
- Prepare technical specifications, product datasheets, test reports, and development documentation.n
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product performance issues.n
- Identify cost reduction and value engineering opportunities without compromising quality.n
- Coordinate with suppliers for development and qualification of new raw materials.n
- Support customer technical visits, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting activities.n
