nThe ideal candidate should have proven experience in generating high-quality leads for B2B companies and managing campaigns with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.n
- Develop performance marketing strategies for B2B brands.n
- Generate qualified leads while maintaining an optimal cost per lead.n
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.n
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.n
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.n
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, targeting, bidding, and creatives.n




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.n
- Coordinate with the content, design, sales, and web development teams.n
- Track the complete lead funnel, from ad click to conversion and sales-qualified lead.n

Required Skills and Experiencen

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing.n
- Hands-on expertise in:n
- Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaignsn
- Meta Facebook and Instagram advertisingn
- LinkedIn Lead Generation and B2B advertising campaignsn
- Proven experience in handling campaigns for B2B companies.n
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, landing pages, remarketing, and conversion optimisation.n
- Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and reporting dashboards.n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and advertising budgets.n
