nWho we are looking to hire
nWe are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Europe to support RateGain's European business. This is a hybrid SDR and Inside Sales role based in India.
nUnlike a traditional SDR role, this position goes beyond lead qualification. You will actively engage prospects, conduct first-level discovery calls, deliver product demos, and work closely with the sales team to generate and progress opportunities across the European market.
nKey responsibilities
nOutbound & inbound prospecting
nProspect and engage target accounts across Europe through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.




nQualify inbound and outbound leads and generate sales opportunities.
nInside sales & demo support
nConduct discovery calls and first-level customer conversations.
nDeliver product demos and support early-stage sales discussions.
nCollaborate with Account Executives to progress qualified opportunities.
nPipeline & collaboration
nBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline for assigned territories.
nMaintain accurate CRM records and follow sales processes.
nPartner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve conversion outcomes.
nEducation & experience
nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
n2–4 years of SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales experience selling into the International markets.
nExperience in SaaS or B2B technology sales preferred.
nComfortable working European shifts from India.
nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills.
