Inside sales Team is the cornerstone of any successful organization because they ultimately generate current revenue by getting client business referrals, network, and web leads and Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Therefore, they need to upgrade themselves regularly with current industry trends and maintain good relations with potential business entrepreneurs.

- Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts.n
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunitiesn
- Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accountsn
- Setting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and Emailsn
- Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and pass it to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response.n
- Building business relationships with current and potential clientsn
- Collaborating with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts.n
- Doing extensive Market Research on all potential clientsn
- Developing customized targeted sales strategiesn
- Coordinating business generation activitiesn
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.n
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.n
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecastingn
