nAbout the Role
nNxtWave is seeking a professional and execution-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and coordinate relationships with Admission Consultants (ACs) across assigned regions.
nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for handling consultant communications, driving engagement, managing operational workflows, supporting conversions through demos and follow-ups, and ensuring strong coordination between consultants and internal teams.
nThis role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, operational discipline, and team coordination capabilities.
nKey Responsibilities
nAdmission Consultant (AC) Management

- Manage relationships with assigned Admission Consultants (ACs).n
- Act as the primary point of contact for consultant communication and operational support.n
- Build long-term engagement and maintain strong skilled relationships with consultants.n
- Ensure consultants are aligned with company processes, policies, and admission workflows.n

nCommunication & Coordination

- Handle daily calls, emails, and follow-ups with Admission Consultants.n
- Coordinate with internal counselling, operations, and admissions teams for smooth execution.n
- Resolve consultant queries, escalations, and operational challenges promptly.n
- Ensure timely communication regarding admissions updates, documentation, and student onboarding.n

nDemo & Business Support

- Conduct business presentations and platform demos for consultants when required.n
- Support consultants in understanding programs, offerings, admission procedures, and sales processes.n
- Drive consultant activation, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives.n

nTeam Handling & Operations

- Monitor daily activities, response quality, and workflow efficiency.n
