nWe are looking for hardworking, self-driven Technical Sales Managers who enjoy meeting customers, understanding manufacturing processes, solving technical challenges and converting product trials into long-term business relationships.
nPosition Overview
nThis is a field-intensive B2B technical sales role focused on identifying new customers, initiating product trials, supporting technical discussions and converting successful evaluations into long-term commercial business.
nKey Responsibilities
nIdentify and develop recent customers across India.
nGenerate new business through customer visits, networking, exhibitions and referrals.
nTarget industries: Rubber Products, Tyre Components, Masterbatch, Plastic Compounding, Pipe, Agricultural Films, Footwear,



Automotive Rubber Components and Engineering Plastics.
nUnderstand customer applications and manufacturing processes.
nRecommend suitable grades of GoGreen Eternal.
nCoordinate sampling and support customer trials.
nBuild relationships with Plant Heads, Production Managers, R&D; Managers, Procurement Managers and Business Owners.
nConvert trials into commercial orders and achieve sales targets.
nMaintain CRM, customer visit reports and market intelligence.
nDesired Candidate Profile
nEducation
nB.Tech/Diploma in Chemical, Polymer, Plastics, Rubber, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
nMBA in Marketing or Sales will be preferred.
nExperience
n2–8 years of proven B2B technical sales/business development experience.
nDemonstrated success in new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
nCandidates with sales experience in one or more of the following industries will be strongly preferred
