- Total Experience: 2-5 years in US Individual Taxation, primarily focused on preparing and reviewing Form 1040 (U.S. Individual Income Tax Return).n
- Enrolled Agent certification is mandatory for manager level.n
nKey Technical Expertise:

- Strong hands-on exposure to Form 1040 – candidates should have prepared/reviewed a high volume of complex 1040 returns.n
- Mandatory experience in: Form 1116 (Foreign Tax Credit) – specifically for Employment Income.n
- Form 2555 (Foreign Earned Income Exclusion).n
- These indicate the role involves clients with international income (expats, foreign residents, or employees working abroad).n
- Review Experience (Critical for certain candidates):
If the candidate has worked on Form 1040 GMS (Global Mobility Services / expatriate tax returns), they must have at least 1 year of review experience. Pure preparation experience without review may not suffice for GMS candidates.n
