Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Zoho Product Manager to own and drive the implementation, optimization, and scaling of Zoho applications across Recruit, People, and Payroll. The role will be critical in aligning business processes with technology, ensuring seamless HR lifecycle management, and enabling automation and analytics across the employee journey.

- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payrolln
- Define product roadmap aligned with business goals and HR transformation agendan
- Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and process optimizationn
- Lead implementation, configuration, and customization of Zoho modulesn
- Ensure best practices in workflows, forms, approvals, and reportingn
- Continuously improve system performance and user experiencen
- Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition & Financen
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutionsn




- Standardize HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle managementn
- Drive integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, finance tools)n
- Leverage APIs, Deluge scripting, and automation tools within Zoho ecosystemn
- Build dashboards and analytics for decision-makingn

nKey Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience in HR Tech / Product Management / HR Operationsn
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payrolln
- Experience in HR process design, automation, and digital transformationn
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation (Deluge scripting preferred)n
- Understanding of Indian payroll, statutory compliance, and HR lifecycle processesn
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skillsn
