nPosition Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions, CRM integrations, and enterprise-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and complex integration programs.
nThis role requires a combination of technical leadership, delivery management, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on understanding of enterprise integrations within the healthcare domain.

nDelivery Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM-related technology initiatives.n
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.n
- Drive successful execution of Agile development processes and release planning.n




- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.n
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delivery risks and escalations.n
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and integration workstreams.n

nSalesforce & CRM Leadership

- Oversee development and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions.n
- Provide guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and platform best practices.n
- Collaborate with Architects and Engineering Leads to define scalable technical solutions.n
- Support CRM platform enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives.n
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with organizational goals.n
