n1. Athlete Performance Outcomes
n· Improvement in athlete performance (timings, scores, rankings)
n· Number of athletes achieving podium finishes/medals
n· Selection of athletes in district/state/national teams
n2. Training Effectiveness
n· Achievement of planned training targets and milestones
n· Quality and consistency of training sessions conducted
n· Athlete skill development as per periodic assessments
n3. Athlete Attendance & Retention
n· Athlete attendance percentage in training sessions
n· Retention rate of athletes in the program
n· Engagement and satisfaction levels of trainees
n4. Competition Performance
n· Performance of athletes in competitions vs targets set
n· Improvement in win/loss ratio or rankings over time
n· Readiness and preparedness of athletes during events
n5. Discipline & Professional Conduct
n· Maintaining discipline during training sessions
n· Punctuality and adherence to schedules
n· Coordination with management and other staff
n6. Reporting & Documentation
n· Timely submission of training plans and reports
n· Maintenance of athlete performance data and records
n· Feedback reports and progress tracking
n7. Contribution to Academy Growth
n· Participation in events, trials, and talent identification
n· Contribution to increasing athlete enrolment
nSupport in academy promotions, camps, and outreach programs
nEducational Qualification
n· Bachelor's degree in physical education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent
nProfessional Certification
n· Diploma in Coaching from Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS Patiala) or its regional centres
n· Sport-specific certification from recognised federations
nSports Background
n· Participation at state/national level (preferred)
n· Solid practical knowledge of the respective sport
