The Role: Business Developopment - Video SolutionsnYou'll own the full pipeline—from identifying the right prospects to closing the brief, collaborating with our Video Director to shape the solution, and delivering projects that move revenue.

nWhat you'll do:

- Prospect and generate pipeline via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and inbound leads; convert conversations into qualified briefsn
- Qualify video needs by understanding a brand's product, audience, and growth challenges—then frame the right video solutionn




- Partner with our Video Director to shape creative approaches and proposals that resonate with startup founders and CMOsn
- Close deals and build relationships with early-stage founders and growth-stage brands—our sweet spot is ₹100K–₹500K+ projects with quick sales cyclesn
- This is a hunter role. You're expected to generate leads, nurture existing leads and convert them into paying clients. You're comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage deals and energized by startup energy.n

- 2–4 years in video production, creative agency, or digital marketing (you understand how creative briefs work and can talk to businesses about their problems & solutions)n
- Proven ability to prospect and generate leads—LinkedIn, cold email, or outbound outreachn
- Consultative sales mindset—you're here to understand the client's need
