nJob Summary
nWe are looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist who can prepare a wide variety of beverages and mocktails while maintaining excellent taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
nKey Responsibilities
nPrepare a variety of mocktails, cocktails, Mojitos, and other specialty beverages.
nCreate different flavours and combinations of drinks as per the restaurant menu.
nPrepare drinks with attractive presentation and consistent taste.
nHandle bar equipment, glassware, ingredients, and beverage supplies properly.
nMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar/workstation.
nEnsure proper stock management of beverages, syrups, fruits, garnishes, and other ingredients.
nFollow standard recipes and portion control to maintain consistency.
nSuggest new and creative drink ideas for the menu.
nProvide excellent service and interact professionally with guests.
nFollow all food safety and hygiene standards.
nCandidate Requirements
nPrevious experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in a restaurant, café, bar, hotel, or similar establishment.
nGood knowledge of different types of Mojitos, mocktails, cocktails, and specialty drinks.
nCreative approach to beverage preparation and presentation.
nGood knowledge of garnishing and drink presentation.
nStrong communication and guest-handling skills.
nGood knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
