nWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle Inbound/Outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.n
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.n
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.n
- Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers.n
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.n




- Meet individual and team performance targets.n
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.n
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;n
