nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a Senior Account Manager – Performance Marketing to lead client relationships across performance marketing, paid media, and social retainers.
nYou'll be the strategic partner for clients, the bridge between internal teams, and the owner of account growth, retention,



and delivery. This role sits at the intersection of media, creativity, and business strategy, making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable discussing ROAS and CAC as they are creative hooks, storytelling, and consumer behaviour.
nYou won't be running campaigns yourself, but you will be accountable for ensuring they deliver results.

- Own end-to-end relationships for performance-driven brands.n
- Build monthly and quarterly growth plans across paid media and social retainers.n
- Translate business goals into actionable media and content strategies.n
- Identify upsell opportunities across media buying, influencer marketing, UGC, and creative services.n
- Lead client presentations, reviews, and strategic discussions.n
