- Identify growth opportunities across existing and new businesses.n
- Define strategic priorities aligned with shareholder expectations and market trends.n
- Lead annual strategic planning and business review processes.n
- Establish strategic KPIs and monitor execution.n

nOrganic Growth Strategy
