nKey Responsibilities
n1.Conduct daily monitoring of device uptime, alerts and trip performance to ensure smooth operations
n2.Monitor the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs
n3.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve operational issues
ns.4.Conduct weekly review meetings with clients to discuss issues, requirements, and improvement opportunities
n5.Collect customer feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions based on the feedback received
nd.6. Apply strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel to create reports, dashboards, and presentations
