nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage order processing and sales coordination for domestic B2B jewellery customers. The role involves ERP-based order management, coordination with internal teams, invoicing, dispatch tracking, and timely customer communication.
nKey Responsibilities

- Process and update customer orders accurately in the ERP system.n
- Verify SKU, quantity, pricing, metal purity, diamond specifications, delivery dates, and customer requirements.n
- Track orders from receipt to production, invoicing, dispatch, and delivery.n
- Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, Production, PPC, QC, Finance, Packing, and Logistics teams.n
- Share order status, dispatch details, and delivery updates with customers.n
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and shipment documents.n
- Maintain customer-wise order trackers and pending-order reports.n




- Highlight delays, discrepancies, and customer concerns for timely resolution.n
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on orders, invoicing, and dispatches.n

nCandidate Requirements

- n
- Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, order management, or commercial operations.n
- Experience in a domestic jewellery manufacturing company is mandatory.n
- Working knowledge of ERP systems is mandatory.n
- Experience in SAP will be preferred.n
- Understanding of jewellery SKUs, metal purity, diamond specifications, certification, invoicing, and dispatch processes.n
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.n
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.n
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a rapid-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.n
