nThis role is for someone who is equally excited about the first idea on a moodboard and the final frame of an edit.
nYou'll be working closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life, experiment with formats, and create content that doesn't just fill a feed it makes people stop, watch, and remember.

nCreating Content That Doesn't Feel Like Ads

- Collaborate with the editor to craft reels, ads, and social content that hook audiences from the very first second and keep them watching till the end.n
- Experiment with new editing styles, transitions, pacing, and trends.n
- Understand why certain edits work and how to use them strategically.n

nBeing the Content Brain in the Room

- Bring references, trends, ideas, and creative observations to the team.n
