nWe are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support travelers throughout their journey and ensure a seamless and high-quality travel experience. This role involves client communication, issue resolution, coordination, and maintaining service excellence at all stages of travel.

- Proactively engage with customers to ensure expectations are metn
- Identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient mannern
- Provide accurate destination information and relevant recommendationsn




- Handle emergency situations with professionalism and prompt actionn
- Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements in satisfactionn
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plansn
- Support travel logistics including transport, accommodation, and activitiesn
