nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Industrial Product, HVAC and fans manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC systems, industrial fans, Refrigeration, Electric Motors, pumps, engineering components, OEM sales, energy efficient products, and related products, along with a proven track record of developing and executing sales
nstrategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence. The Head of Sales & Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, lead the marketing team, and drive customer acquisition and retention across various markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company.
nMinimum 20 years of experience in sales and marketing,



with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Industrial Product, HVAC, fans or related industries.
nKey Responsibilities:
nSales Strategy Development & Execution:

n• Identify recent business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.

nMarketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:
n• Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote, focusing on brand development and market positioning.
