nWe are seeking an experienced IPDRG Quality Analyst (QA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in inpatient coding audits, ensuring coding accuracy, compliance with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG guidelines, and delivering high-quality audit outcomes.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Perform quality audits of IPDRG coding.n

- Review and validate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG code assignments.n

- n
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client-specific requirements.n

- Identify documentation gaps and provide coding feedback.n

n
- n
- Conduct quality reviews and support coder development.n

n
- n
- Meet quality and productivity expectations.n

nRequirements:
n
- n
- 4–10 years of experience in IPDRG Quality/Auditing and atleast 1 year into auditingn

n
- n
- CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) certification is mandatory.n

n
- n
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG methodology.n

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.n
