Job DescriptionRole Overview
nLead the complete finance function across India and overseas entities. This role goes beyond
naccounting and focuses on business partnering, financial analysis, governance, compliance,
ncash flow, and actionable insights.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Own end-to-end finance operations across multiple entities.
n• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
n• Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits.
n• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and Board MIS.
n• Analyze project margins, utilization, realization, and bench costs with recommendations.
n• Manage treasury, banking, forex, and working capital.
n• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA, SEZ/STPI, Softex, and regulatory compliance.
n• Handle intercompany accounting and transfer pricing support.
n• Negotiate with vendors and improve collections.
n• Strengthen internal controls and finance governance.
n• Manage Zoho Books/ERP and finance process improvements.
n• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, banks, and regulatory bodies.
n• Lead and mentor the Accounts team.




nMandatory Requirements
n• Chartered Accountant (CA).
n• 8–12 years post-qualification experience.
n• IT Services / Software / SaaS industry experience.
n• multi-entity finance experience including overseas operations.
n• Foreign currency revenue and banking exposure.
n• SEZ/STPI and Softex knowledge.
n• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and MIS expertise.
n• Solid compliance and audit experience.
n• Vendor negotiation and receivables management.
n• Zoho Books, NetSuite, or similar ERP experience.
nPreferred Qualifications
nUS GAAP exposure, transfer pricing knowledge, background in a reputed mid-tier CA firm,
nand Board-level reporting experience.
nIdeal Candidate

nassumptions, negotiates confidently, and acts as a business partner rather than simply
