- Draft plotting layouts, road networks, drainage, and utility plans.n
- Modify and update drawings based on project requirements.n
- Coordinate with engineering, survey, and project teams.n
- Ensure drawings comply with DTCP/RERA/local authority guidelines.n
- Maintain drawing records and revisions properly.n
- Visit project sites if required for measurements and updates.n

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.n
- Positive knowledge of plotting layouts and land development drawings.n
- Understanding of DTCP approvals and basic civil drawings.n
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.n

nQualification

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.n
- Certification in AutoCAD is preferred.n

- 4-8 Years experience in real estate or open plots projects.n
- Good communication and coordination skills.n
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.n
