Job DescriptionAs an Associate Consultant, you will support the implementation and enhancement of LabVantage/Labware LIMS solutions. You will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to understand business requirements, contribute to solution design, and assist in development and deployment activities across Pharma, R&D;, and Healthcare domains.
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Support LabVantage/Labware LIMS implementation, enhancements, and application support activities.n
- Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.n
- Contribute to configuration, basic customization, and testing of LIMS solutions.n
- Participate in system integration activities with enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and SDMS.n
- Support data migration activities, including data validation and basic data mapping.n
- Assist in preparing documentation, user manuals, and training materials.n
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, documentation standards, and quality guidelines.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support project deliverables within timelines.n
nTechnical Requirements:
n
- n
- 2+ years of experience in LabVantage/Labware LIMS or exposure through projects/internships.n
- Basic knowledge of Oracle/SQL and programming concepts (Core Java or JavaScript).n
- Understanding of LIMS concepts and laboratory workflows.n
- Familiarity with SDLC and testing processes.n
nGood to Have:

- Exposure to Pharma, R&D;, or Healthcare domain.n
- Basic understanding of system configuration and reporting.n
- Awareness of integration concepts or APIs.n
- Knowledge of other LIMS platforms (LabWare, Labware, SampleManager, StarLIMS) is a plus.n
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.n
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, global delivery setting.n
