nThe purpose of the Claims role is to manage the end‐to‐end claims process efficiently, ensuring fair, accurate, and timely settlements. The role involves reviewing and validating claims, liaising with insurers, advocating for clients' interests, and guiding them throughout the claims journey to achieve satisfactory outcomes.

- Review, validate, and process claims in accordance with established protocols and policy guidelines.n
- Ensure all required documentation is accurately collected, verified, and maintained, including client statements, accident reports, and relevant records.n

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the claims process, providing clear, timely updates and guidance.n
- Advocate for clients' rights and interests to ensure fair and just claim outcomes.n
