nThe role
nThis is a cold-calling role at its core, and we mean calling done well.
nNot blind dialing down a list. You'll study the client's product, learn their ideal customer profiles, and research each prospect before you pick up the phone. The goal of every call is a real connection that earns a meeting, not a pitch sprayed at whoever answers.



If you treat the phone as a research-led conversation rather than a numbers game, you'll do well here.

- Researching accounts and prospects before every outreach touchn
- Writing B2B messaging for outreach campaignsn
- Reaching prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email with personalized outreachn
- Handling responses, working through objections, and following up with disciplinen
- Working alongside the client's sales and marketing teamsn
- Joining weekly client callsn

nWhat you bring

- n
- At least 1 year in B2B sales or business development, with real cold-calling experiencen
- A track record of selling B2B and a feel for what moves a buyern
- Strong spoken and written Englishn
- Comfort working solo and inside a teamn
- Self-direction and ownership when problems show upn
- A genuine talent for building rapport
