nWe are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic International Business Development Manager.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Market Expansion & Sales Growth
n• Develop and execute business strategies to expand our presence.
n• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends.
n• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, and end-users.
n2. Client Relationship Management
n• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,



ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
n• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while maintaining customer satisfaction.
n3. Market Research & Analysis
n• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
n• Provide insights on pricing, product modifications, and sales strategies.
n4. Team Collaboration
n• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
n• Coordinate with marketing teams to create region-specific campaigns.
n5. Travel & Representation
n• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.
n• Conduct regular visits to key markets within the region.
nQualifications
n• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. MBA preferred.
n• Experience: 5+ years in international sales or business development, preferably in
