nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Business Development & Revenue Generation:

- n
- Drive advertising revenue for Republic TV's linear channels by identifying and acquiring new clients across sectors.n
- Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customized media solutions.n

n2. Client & Agency Management:
n
- n
- Build solid relationships with key media agencies and direct clients.n
- Collaborate with agency planners / buyers and brand managers to create effective and innovative ad campaigns.n

Sales Strategy & Planning:
n
- n
- Create account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets.n
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities.n

n4. Campaign Execution & Coordination:
n
- n
- Work closely with internal teams – Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative – to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.n
- Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction.n

nKey Requirements:
n- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television.
n- Strong existing relationships with media agencies and clients.
n- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
n- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
