nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive sales and on-ground market presence for our Spaceo Robot. This role combines direct sales ownership with field marketing initiatives, requiring a hands-on individual who can generate leads, build relationships, and actively promote the product in the market.
nKey Responsibilities:
n● Identify and develop new business opportunities for Spaceo Robot across target industries
n● Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold outreach, and digital channels
n● Plan and execute field marketing activities such as product demonstrations, events, exhibitions, and on-site activations
n● Conduct live product demos and presentations to potential clients
n● Visit client locations regularly to build strong on-ground presence and brand visibility
n● Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and gather market insights




n● Understand customer requirements and propose customized robotic solutions
n● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
n● Build and maintain solid client relationships for repeat business and referrals
n● Coordinate with technical and product teams for successful deployment
n● Collect customer feedback and share insights for product and marketing improvements
n● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
n● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
nRequired Skills & Qualifications:
n● Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
n● Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and/or field marketing (preferably in B2B or tech products)
n● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
n● Ability to confidently perform live demos and interact with diverse clients
n● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approac
