nWe are looking for an experienced and agile Team Leader to manage and lead a team of customer support associates. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Support Executives.n
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs.n
- Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.n
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.n
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and process guidelines.n
- Analyze reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.n




- Drive employee engagement and maintain high team morale.n
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.n

nEligibility Criteria

- n
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a Customer Support/BPO environment.n
- Strong leadership and team management skills.n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n
- Experience in handling customer escalations and performance management.n
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.n
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.n
