nKey Responsibilities (R&R;)
nCustomer Relationship & Account Management
n• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and region.
n• Visit customers regularly and submit daily visit/activity reports.
n• Manage assigned Key Accounts and develop long-term relationships.
n• Add current customer accounts from the assigned region.
n• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and achieve targeted Net Promoter Score (NPS).
n• Coordinate customer visits, audits, and interactions with internal teams.
nBusiness Development & Sales Growth
n• Create awareness of company services, test scopes, and capabilities through regular
ncustomer engagement.
n• Understand, gather, and submit customer testing requirements related to product
ndevelopment/projects in the pipeline on a monthly basis.
n• Generate qualified enquiries and ensure higher conversion rates.
n• Deliver regional revenue growth YoY as per assigned sales targets.
n• Ensure timely payment collection by coordinating with customers and accounts; avoid
noverdues.Customer Service & Complaint Handling
n• Address and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines.
n• Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams for smooth
nproject execution.
n• Monitor project deliverables and ensure closure as per commitments.
nMarket Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
n• Track and share market trends and insights relevant to customer requirements and
nindustry devel
