nUnion Living is seeking a Residence Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential properties while delivering an outstanding resident experience.
nThis role requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional who can oversee property operations, lead on-ground teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure consistent service excellence across the residence.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the residence.n
- Supervise and manage on-ground teams, including housekeeping, security, maintenance staff, and external vendors.n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with residents by ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.n
- Drive high standards of service quality and resident satisfaction.n
- Oversee facility management, maintenance planning, and operational compliance.n




- Coordinate with internal departments to support occupancy, resident engagement initiatives, and operational efficiency.n
- Monitor property upkeep, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company operating procedures.n
- Track operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.n
- Prepare operational reports and ensure smooth communication with management.n
