- Develop age-appropriate, hands-on, inquiry-led learning experiences that encourage observation, experimentation, and critical thinking.n
- Integrate cross-curricular connections and real-life applications into Science instruction.n
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.n
- Foster curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and environmental awareness in the classroom.n
- Use technology and digital resources to enhance learning experiences.n

nStudent Development

- Monitor, assess, and document student progress through formative and summative assessments.n
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support continuous improvement.n
- Encourage scientific inquiry, independent thinking, and reflective learning.n

nPlanning & Administration

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, projects, assessments, and learning resources.n
- Maintain student records, assessment data, and progress reports.n
- Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and school initiatives.n
- Ensure laboratory safety and the appropriate use of science materials and equipment.n

nSchool Engagement

- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary learning experiences.n
- Participate actively in school events, field trips, exhibitions, assemblies, and co-curricular programmes.n

nQualifications
