nWe are looking for an experienced Academic Advisor to ensure students have a seamless academic journey from admission to program completion, while maintaining high student satisfaction and engagement.
nKey Responsibilities:
n• Act as the first point of contact for students and coordinate with university departments.
n• Track and communicate students' academic progress, submissions, and requirements.
n• Handle academic and administrative queries related to fees, LMS, courses, and other student concerns.
n• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions.
n• Guide and motivate students to complete their academic requirements on time.
n• Address student queries related to semesters and subjects.
n• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve priority issues within defined TAT.
n• Drive student satisfaction, active learner engagement, re-registration, and program completion.
n• Maintain accurate records, update MIS, and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
n• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the student experience.
nRequirements:
n2–6 years of experience in Academics / Student Counselling / Student Support.
nGood understanding of university academic processes.
nStrong verbal, written, and listening skills.
nExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
nKnowledge of CRM and ticketing systems.
nStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
nAbility to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
nGood computer proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
nExperience handling inbound and outbound calls is preferred.
nWillingness to work on weekends on a rotational basis.
