nThe Role
nWe are hiring a Strategic Account Director to own our most significant OEM and enterprise relationships across India and the Middle East. This is a senior, quota-carrying role reporting directly to the COO. You will own the full account lifecycle — landing new logos, structuring paid pilots that convert,



and expanding accounts into multi-year platform contracts across both our product lines.

- Own a named portfolio of automotive and industrial OEM accounts across India and the GCC — revenue, relationships, and growth plansn
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning marketing, digital, aftersales, dealer networks, IT, and procurementn
- Structure commercial proposals and bounded paid pilots with clear success criteria and defined expansion pathsn
- Build and sustain CXO/VP-level relationships and operate as a trusted advisor, not a vendorn
- Work with product and delivery teams to translate customer needs into scoped, winnable engagementsn
- Develop channel and ecosystem relationships (distributors, dealer groups, system integrators) in the Middle Eastn
- Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline: account plans, forecasting, CRM hygienen
- Represent Metadome at key industry events across the regionn
