nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an Individual Contributor (IC), you'll generate qualified business opportunities across international markets by promoting IT Services, AI Solutions, Software Development, SaaS, and Digital Transformation Services.
nKey Responsibilities
nGenerate qualified leads through Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound channels.
nSchedule meetings for the Business Development team.
nConduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements.
nBuild and manage sales pipelines using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
nPerform lead nurturing and regular prospect follow-ups.
nCollaborate with technical and delivery teams for customer engagements.
nAchieve weekly, monthly,



and quarterly sales targets.
nMaintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline forecasting.
nStay updated with AI, Cloud, SaaS, Cyber Security, and Digital Transformation trends.
nRequired Skills
n1+ years of experience in SDR, Business Development, or International B2B IT Sales.
nStrong experience in Cold Calling, Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, and Appointment Setting.
nHands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
nGood understanding of IT Services, Software Development, AI/ML, SaaS, Cloud Technologies, and Digital Transformation.
nSelf-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
nPreferred Profile
nExperience selling to customers across the US, UK, Europe, APAC, and Middle East.
nBackground in IT Services, AI Solutions, SaaS, or Software Development Sales.
