nWe are seeking a Senior Architect with robust experience in high-rise, mixed-use and façade-intensive projects. The role requires an architect who can independently lead projects from concept through technical documentation and construction, while maintaining a high standard of design, coordination and buildability.
nResponsibilities
nLead projects across concept, design development, documentation and execution.
nDevelop high-rise planning, cores, floor plates, podiums, basements and circulation strategies.
nCoordinate structural, MEP, façade, fire, vertical transportation and specialist consultants.
nLead façade design and detailing across curtain wall, glazing, cladding, stone, GRC/GFRC and performance systems. Review GFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, mock-ups and material submissions. Resolve RFIs, site issues and technical coordination challenges.
nManage project timelines,



team output and client communication.
nMentor junior architects and maintain drawing quality across the studio.
nProfile
n5–10 years of relevant architectural experience.
nStrong portfolio of high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use projects.
nProven experience in façade design and technical detailing.
nStrong understanding of NBC, fire and life safety, accessibility and construction systems.
nAbility to independently manage multidisciplinary projects.
nProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; Navisworks, Rhino and BIM workflows are preferred.
nExcellent design judgement, technical rigour and attention to detail.
