Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work settingn
- Manage office infrastructure, repairs, maintenance, space planning, housekeeping, pantry, utilities, and assetsn
- Handle office seating, access control, attendance systems, parking, and workplace logisticsn
- Manage vendor relationships (security, housekeeping, IT support, facility maintenance, stationery, cafeteria, etc.)n
- Negotiate contracts, maintain service quality, and ensure cost-efficiencyn
- Procure office supplies, hardware, and inventory with budget adherencen
- Maintain statutory compliance related to workplace admin (fire safety, insurance, office licenses, AMC contracts, etc.)n
- Maintain accurate records, agreements, invoices, audits, and official documentationn
- Prepare and oversee administration budgets, cost analysis, and expense trackingn
- Approve and process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliationn
- Support onboarding/offboarding logistics including workstations, access, assets, and welcome kitsn
- Coordinate employee engagement, workplace initiatives, and office event logisticsn
- Work closely with HR, IT, and Finance for operational alignmentn
- Implement workplace safety policies and emergency response systemn
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, fire drills, medical assistance, and risk mitigationn
- Manage and mentor the admin team to ensure high performance and accountabilityn
- Establish SOPs and best practices to streamline administrative operationsn
nQualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fieldn
- 5+ years of experience in Administration/Facility Management, preferably in a corporate environmentn
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, compliance, and workplace operationsn
