- Lead PCAOB audits for US public companies from planning through completion.n
- Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, and detailed audit plans.n
- Execute, review, and document audit procedures in compliance with PCAOB standards.n
- Supervise, coach, and mentor audit staff with 1–3 years of experience.n
- Review audit workpapers to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.n
- Perform audits of key financial statement areas, including revenue recognition under ASC 606 and other significant account balances.n
- Lead audits involving complex accounting matters such as:n
- Business Combinations (ASC 805)n
- Debt and Equity Instrumentsn
- Convertible Notesn
- Warrantsn
- Equity-based financing transactionsn
- Complex capital structuresn
- Participate in audits involving SPAC and De-SPAC transactions (preferred).n
- Review SEC Registration Statements (S-1, S-4, etc.) and support SEC filing processes.n
- Assist with audit Consents, Comfort Letters,
and other SEC-related engagements.n
- Coordinate with US engagement partners and managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.n
- Ensure compliance with PCAOB independence and quality control requirements.n
- Identify audit risks and recommend practical solutions.n
- Contribute to the development and growth of the firm's PCAOB audit practice.n
nRequired Qualifications

- n
- CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.n
- 8–12+ years of external audit experience.n
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on PCAOB audit experience.n
- Solid experience auditing US public companies.n
- Thorough understanding of PCAOB standards, US GAAP, and SEC reporting requirements.n
- Experience leading end-to-end audit engagements.n
- Proven experience reviewing audit documentation and managing engagement teams.n
