Job DescriptionAs a Senior Inside Sales Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying high-value sales opportunities across international markets. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers, identifying customer needs, and positioning Alphavima's Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, and Digital Transformation services.Working closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams, you will build a strong sales pipeline, schedule qualified meetings, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic lead generation and opportunity development.
nKey Responsibilities
nGenerate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
nIdentify and engage decision-makers in enterprise and mid-market organizations.
nResearch target accounts and identify recent business opportunities.
nQualify leads based on business requirements, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).




nSchedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
nMaintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM.
nFollow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities.
nCollaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute outbound campaigns.
nAchieve monthly lead generation, outreach, and meeting booking targets.
nStay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, AI, and Digital Transformation offerings.
nExperience & Skills
n5-8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, IT Services Sales, or SaaS Sales.
nExperience in outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
nExperience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools
nExposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, SaaS, Cloud, or Microsoft technologies is preferred.
