nOur therapy centre, based in Koramangala, Bengaluru, serves children and young people with a diverse range of mild to severe developmental needs, including autism, physical, visual and/or hearing disabilities, and learning disabilities.

nJob Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) with 2+ years of relevant work experience
nResponsibilities:

- Primary work would be conducting one-on-one occupational therapy sessions for childrenn
- Conduct comprehensive informal assessments to assess clients' physical, cognitive, and sensoryn

nabilities and needs;

- Develop individualised care plans based on the assessment findings and in consultation withn

nthe child's parents;

- Implement sensory integration therapy, motor skills development and cognitive-behaviouraln

ntechniques etc;

- Collaborate with other interdisciplinary team members, such as speech therapists, behaviour therapists, and special educators, to ensure a holistic approach for progress.n
- Provide caregiver consultation as needed and meet with parents/caregivers for parent-therapist meetings;n
- Design and maintain accurate and detailed records of children's progress, data evaluations, andn

ntreatment plans;
