nWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM)/Business Development Executive(BDE) with 5-6 years of experience in IT sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using online bidding portals, generating quality leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills are essential.
nKey Responsibilities:
nGenerate business opportunities through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Linkedin and similar platforms.
nIdentify, qualify, and pursue current business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
nCold Calling.




nPrepare customized proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
nInteract with potential clients to understand project requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
nNegotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
nCoordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
nMaintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
nStay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
nRequired Skills:
