nScope of Role
nCAD, powertrain integration, Fuel System
nArea of Responsibility
n
- n
- Create, update, and maintain 3D CAD models and assemblies for fuel system components using CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCEn
- Develop 2D drawings with correct GD&T;, tolerances, and automotive drawing standardsn
- Work on fuel tanks, fuel lines, pumps, rails, filters, valves, brackets, and mountingsn
- Support powertrain and vehicle‐level packaging and interface integration activitiesn
- Perform interference checks, clearance analysis, and mass properties validationn
- Implement engineering changes (ECR/ECO) across design stages from KO to SOPn




- Ensure CAD data compliance with OEM CAD standards, best practices, and naming conventionsn
- Collaborate closely with module leads, system engineers, and manufacturing teamsn
- Support DFMEA, design reviews, and prototype / vehicle build activitiesn
- Interface with suppliers for CAD data exchange, quality checks, and updatesn
- Release CAD data via PLM systems in line with project milestonesn

nKnowledge / Experience – 2 to 4 Years
nEssential:

- n
- Automotive domain knowledge with working experience of fuel system commodities.n
- Support/Lead Design reviews and design changes respecting feasibility and timelinen
- Timely CAD completion for S/T/P releasesn
- Understanding of commodity release & change managementn
- Understanding of Proto & Production BOMn
- Excellent CATIA V5 and CATIA V6 2D/3D skills.n
- Exposure to PLM tools such as TeamCenter.n
- GD&T; knowledge is a must.n
