nGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
nThe Design Specialist builds on foundational proposal production skills to deliver accurate, brand‐aligned design and formatting work with increasing independence. This role supports onshore design managers and proposal teams by owning defined deliverables, resolving routine formatting and layout issues, and consistently meeting fast‐paced deadlines while continuing to deepen Global Sales & Marketing Support and proposal workflow proficiency.
nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
nDesign Development
n
- n
- Execute proposal formatting, layout, and template updates with limited supervision, escalating only non-standard requestsn
- Apply company brand standards accurately to proposal and presentation materialsn
- Build and refine proposal pages and PowerPoint slides using established layouts (e.g., section dividers, agendas, case studies, and biographies)n
- Create and update intermediate complexity visuals (icons, straightforward diagrams, tables, and basic data visuals) to support proposal narrativesn





nDocument Production and Quality Control

- Perform quality control (styles, spacing, alignment, consistency, and version checks) and correct issues proactively before submissionn

nCollaboration and Delivery

- n
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently, communicating status, risks, and clarifying questions to onshore partners in a timely mannern
- Provide informal guidance to Analyst I team members on process, formatting standards, and best practices as neededn

nTechnology and AI Enablement
n
- n
- Support minor template improvements and reusable assets to reduce rework and improve speed‐to‐deliveryn
- Use workflow tools (including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Monday.com) to improve efficiency, transparency, and consistency across assigned deliverablesn
- Use approved AI tools with guidance to improve speed and accuracy on routine production tasks while adhering to governance and confiden
