This pivotal role requires a consultative selling approach to expand our customer base, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth in the exhilarating world of adventure travel.

The ideal candidate will be a high-energy hunter and farmer, exceptionally skilled in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with a genuine passion for trekking and adventure. You will leverage your industry expertise to provide personalised, consultative advice, turning qualified leads into excited trekkers and long-term TrekNomads patrons.

Core Responsibilities: Charting the Course to Success
- Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the entire sales lifecycle.




- Business Development: Proactively generate new business by penetrating target segments and effectively nurturing the existing database of high-potential leads.
- Consultative Sales: Utilise deep product knowledge to adopt a consultative selling approach, understanding customer needs to recommend the perfect TrekNomads experience .
- Pipeline Management: Rigorously analyse assigned leads, maintaining an accurate and well-organised sales funnel.
- Sales-to-Operations Handoff: Coordinate closely with the Operations Team to ensure a smooth post-sales transition, managing the customer journey right up until post-trek feedback collection, thereby guaranteeing a superior customer experience.
