You are a proactive, indispensable partner to Searce’s leadership, expected to maintain a strong sense of professional integrity while managing end-to-end processes related to US and Canadian taxation and internal controls. This isn’t just about tracking numbers; it’s about being a creative visionary who can step back, see the big picture, and identify tax planning opportunities and internal control improvements.
As a Senior Analyst,



you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with complex tax regulations and delivering insightful findings to management. You will serve as a critical advisor by challenging the status quo and providing the financial clarity needed to navigate the competitive tech consulting landscape with speed and precision.

Major Roles & Responsibilities
1. Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file US and Canadian federal, state, and provincial tax returns
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including extensions and amendments.
- Research and apply relevant tax laws and regulations to complex tax issues.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess the impact on the organization.

2. Tax Provision:
- Calculate and analyze US and Canadian income tax provisions, including current and deferred tax liabilities.
- Prepare detailed work papers to support tax provision calculations.
