Metadome builds deterministic digital twin and 3D visualization products for automotive and industrial OEMs. Our platform powers the two things every manufacturer cares about most: selling machines (CAD-accurate, photoreal configurators for marketing and sales) and servicing them (parts identification and service content built on a 50M+ part corpus). We are a deep-tech company headquartered in Bangalore with customers and teams across the US, India, and the Middle East — building toward one ambitious vision: a deterministic digital twin for every machine ever built.
The Role
We are hiring a Strategic Account Director to own our most important OEM and enterprise relationships across India and the Middle East. This is a senior, quota-carrying role reporting directly to the COO. You will own the full account lifecycle — landing new logos, structuring paid pilots that convert, and expanding accounts into multi-year platform contracts across both our product lines.




What You'll Do
- Own a named portfolio of automotive and industrial OEM accounts across India and the GCC — revenue, relationships, and growth plans
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning marketing, digital, aftersales, dealer networks, IT, and procurement
- Structure commercial proposals and bounded paid pilots with transparent success criteria and defined expansion paths
- Build and sustain CXO/VP-level relationships and operate as a trusted advisor, not a vendor
- Work with product and delivery teams to translate customer needs into scoped, winnable engagements
- Develop channel and ecosystem relationships (distributors, dealer groups, system integrators) in the Middle East
- Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline: account plans, forecasting, CRM hygiene
- Represent Metadome at key industry events across the region
