nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a passionate A&R; Executive to discover current talent, build industry relationships, manage influencer collaborations, and support Elahi Music's artist acquisition and marketing efforts.
nKey Responsibilities
n* Scout and onboard singers, rappers, producers, songwriters, and independent artists.
n* Build and maintain relationships with artists, influencers, creators, and industry professionals.
n* Schedule meetings, and convert prospects into studio clients.
n* Coordinate artist collaborations, music launches, and promotional campaigns.
n* Support social media marketing by assisting with content planning, campaign execution, and artist promotions.
n* Research music trends, emerging artists,



and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
n* Maintain databases of artists, influencers, and collaboration partners while ensuring timely follow-ups.
nRequirements
n* 2-3 years of experience in A&R;, influencer marketing, talent management, or social media.
n* Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
n* Passion for the independent music industry and artist development.
n* Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and digital marketing trends.
