nCBL Aero is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth in the US Aviation Staffing market. nResponsibilities

- n
- Identify and acquire new direct clients across the US Aviation & Aerospace industry.n
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.n
- Build relationships with MROs, Airlines, OEMs, FBOs, Aerospace Manufacturers, and Aviation Service Providers.n
- Schedule meetings with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams.n
- Present CBL Aero's staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.n




- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.n
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.n
- Maintain CRM records and prepare client proposals.n
- Stay updated on US staffing trends and aviation hiring demands.n

nRequired Qualifications

- n
- 1–5 years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.n
- Experience acquiring direct US clients.n
- Strong verbal and written English communication.n
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.n
- Ability to work during US business hours.n
- Solid sales mindset with proven target achievement.n
